Certification of SMK3 and SMKP Mineral and Coal

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is part of the company’s management system to create a safe, efficient, and productive workplace based on PP no. 50 of 2012.

The Mineral and Coal Mining Safety Management System (SMKP Minerba) itself is a mining safety risk control consisting of mining occupational safety and health and mining operation safety based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 26 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Good Mining Rules and Supervision of Mineral and Coal Mining, Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No.1827 K/30/MEM/2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Mining Engineering Rules, as well as Decree of the Director General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources No.185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Mining Safety and Implementation, Assessment, and Reporting of Mineral and Coal Mining Safety Management System.
