Environmental Audit Elucidation
An Environmental Audit is an evaluation carried out to assess the compliance of the person in charge of a Business and/or Activity with legal requirements and policies set by the government (LH Government Regulation No. 03 of 2013 concerning Environmental Audit (Article 24 paragraph 1 and attachment I) and the Law Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (Pasal 47)).

Environmental Audit Service Scope
LH Government Regulation No. 03 of 2013 concerning Environmental Audit covers the environment or areas with risk of events that allow disasters, contamination, and decreased environmental performance so that they can be handled with Environmental Risk Analysis, Environmental Risk Management, and Compulsory Periodic Environmental Audits for the following business sectors:
- Industry Sector
Cement, petrochemical, active ingredients, pesticides, ammunition and explosives industries.
- Public Works Sector
Operation of dams/reservoirs or other types of water storage.
- ESDM sector
Processing and transmission of oil and gas, exploitation of minerals and radioactive materials, generators (PLTU, PLTA, PLTN)
- Nuclear Development Sector
- B3 and B3 Waste Management Sector
