Jakarta, 10 July 2026 – PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) recorded financial growth throughout
2025 based on the audited report approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGM) for the Approval of the Annual Report and Ratification of the Financial Statements for
Fiscal Year 2025, which was also attended by the shareholders on Wednesday (24/6).
Chief Operating Officer of Danantara/Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory
Agency (BP BUMN), Dony Oskaria, expressed his appreciation for the positive performance
of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs),
“Since the establishment of Danantara in 2025, the
business changes and transformations undertaken by State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs)
have brought about positive improvements in SOE performance. Cumulatively, the
performance of all SOEs has even succeeded in exceeding the RKAP targets that had been
set,
” said Dony Oskaria.
Furthermore, he stated that the improved performance of various SOEs has contributed to
achieving high economic growth, strengthening governance, and realising economic
independence.
“The presence of Danantara and BP BUMN, which have implemented
various governance, business, financial, and corporate transformation initiatives in support of
streamlining and people development that foster a sound and patriotic work culture,
professionalism, and transparency, has successfully introduced new business models,
operations, and work cultures for SOEs towards top performance,
” explained Dony Oskaria.
In Fiscal Year 2025, PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO), a company engaged in Testing,
Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services, recorded revenue growth compared to 2024 and
successfully exceeded the net profit target set in the 2025 RKAP. Based on the AGM’s
resolution, the company recorded revenue of 104.2 per cent compared to the previous year
and achieved net profit amounting to 100.7 per cent of the 2025 RKAP target.
The company’s main performance contributors in 2025 were its service portfolios in the coal,
renewable energy, and mineral sectors, which represented the three largest contributors to
the company’s revenue.
President Director of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO), Sandry Pasambuna, stated that the
achievements attained throughout 2025 were the result of the hard work, collaboration, and
commitment of all SUCOFINDO employees in delivering the best services to customers and
stakeholders.
“The achievement of the targets that have been set is not merely a financial success for the
company, but also reflects the trust placed in SUCOFINDO as a strategic partner in
supporting the growth of various business sectors in Indonesia,
” said Sandry Pasambuna.
According to Sandry, PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) continues to strengthen the
competitiveness of national industries, maintain the quality of products circulating in the
market, and encourage the creation of a sustainable business ecosystem. These efforts

The efficiency measures implemented by the company, in line with the directives of
Danantara and the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN), include
optimising the utilisation of technology across various business processes to improve
operational effectiveness while controlling costs.
“The utilisation of technology has become one of our key focuses in implementing efficiency
programmes so that business processes can operate more effectively and productively while
reducing operational costs without compromising service quality,
” explained Sandry.
In addition, SUCOFINDO continues to strengthen cross-sector synergies and collaboration
to support service development and the sustainable achievement of the company’s targets.
