Sydney, 30 July 2026 – PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO)’s 2024 Annual Report received the
Bronze Award in the General Award category at the 2026 Australasian Reporting Awards
(ARA). The award serves as international recognition of SUCOFINDO’s corporate reporting
quality, which upholds transparency, accountability, and the implementation of Good
Corporate Governance (GCG).
The Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA) is an international award programme that
assesses the quality of corporate reporting based on the principles of transparency,
accountability, and the disclosure of information that provides value to stakeholders. The
award ceremony took place in Sydney, Australia, on 18 June 2026, and was received by
David Sidjabat, who was serving as Director of Finance of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) at
the time, representing the company.
President Director of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO), Sandry Pasambuna, stated that the
achievement reflects the company’s efforts to strengthen the quality of corporate governance
and reporting in line with international best practices.
“As a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC)
sector, PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) continues to strengthen the implementation of good
corporate governance through the presentation of transparent, accountable, and relevant
information for stakeholders. This award serves as recognition that the quality of the
company’s reporting has met internationally recognised standards while motivating us to
continue improving the quality of our information disclosures,
” said Sandry.
According to Sandry, the annual report is not only a form of accountability to shareholders
and stakeholders but also reflects the quality of corporate governance, transparency, and the
company’s ability to create long-term value. Therefore, PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) will
continue to enhance the quality of its reporting to provide information that is increasingly
relevant, credible, and valuable to stakeholders.
Meanwhile, Head of the Risk Management and Sustainability Division of PT SUCOFINDO
(PERSERO), Ambar Prawidiyanto, explained that the award was obtained through an
assessment of the 2024 Annual Report based on various indicators established by the ARA.
“The assessment was conducted comprehensively across various aspects, ranging from the
clarity of communication and business narratives, balance in information disclosure, report
readability, visual design, navigation structure, copyright compliance, to the quality of
information presented on corporate performance, risk management, human resource
development, and financial information,
” explained Ambar.
The award serves as motivation for PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) to continue improving the
quality of its corporate reporting as part of strengthening corporate governance. The same
commitment is reflected through the provision of Integrated Management System
certification services that support organisations across various sectors in improving quality,
managing risks, strengthening compliance, and implementing sustainable businesspractices. These services include certification for SNI ISO 9001:2015, SNI ISO 14001:2015,
SNI ISO 45001:2018, SNI ISO 37001:2025, SNI ISO 31000:2018, and SNI ISO 21502:2020.
