Jakarta, 22/3 – PT SUCOFINDO has officially changed the structure of the new Board of Directors and Commissioners. This is based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held at the office of PT Indonesian Classification Bureau (Persero) (BKI), as the chairman of the IDSurvey holding (22/3).
The results of this EGMS stated that the President Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO is now Moga Simatupang replacing Veri Anggrijono. Moga Simatupang currently also serves as Director General of Consumer Protection and Trade Order at the Ministry of Trade. Then, the Acting Officer of the Assistant Deputy for Legislative Regulations at KBUMN, Anas Puji Istanto, was entrusted as the Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO replacing Himawan Hariyoga, and there was an additional Independent Commissioner held by Mahatma Gandhi.
Meanwhile, regarding the structure of the Board of Directors of PT SUCOFINDO, the EGMS stated that David Sidjaga was entrusted as Director of Human Resources, replacing Johannes Nanang Marjianto. Previously, David Sidbad was the President Director of PT Phapros Tbk. Apart from that, the Director of Finance and Risk Management, previously held by Budi Hartanto, was currently entrusted to Evi Afiatin, who was previously the Finance Director of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB).
Furthermore, the position of Commercial Director has now been changed to Director of Natural Resources Services which is held by Darwin Abas, and the addition of a new Board of Directors structure, namely the Director of Industrial Services which was entrusted to Budi Utomo, who previously served as the Head of Strategic Business Unit of the Certification and Eco Framework PT SUCOFINDO.
Shareholders of the Ministry of BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises), represented by the Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of BUMN, Chairiah, expressed her gratitude for all the contributions of the Directors and Commissioners of PT SUCOFINDO. “Hopefully with this change, PT SUCOFINDO can continue to grow and be innovative in providing sustainable services. Apart from that, maintaining solidarity for mutual progress. Especially for new commissioners who can supervise the running of PT SUCOFINDO’s business processes,” said Chairiah.
The President Director of PT Indonesian Classification Bureau (Persero)/ the Chairman of IDSurvey Holding, Arisudono, also appreciated the performance of the Directors and Commissioners of PT SUCOFINDO and hopes that this change will be able to provide new enthusiasm for the company.
“Hopefully, this mandate given can encourage mutual success. Especially in achieving the vision and mission of SUCOFINDO and IDSurvey, as well as encouraging collaboration and integration of IDSurvey’s performance in the future.” said Arisudono.
Furthermore, the President Director of PT SUCOFINDO, Jobi Triananda, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the dedication and contribution of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT SUCOFINDO.
