Jakarta, 25/1 – the event was attended by all SUCOFINDO employees in a hybrid manner with the title “SUCOFINDO with a K3 Culture supports Sustainable Business Growth.” President Director of PT SUCOFINDO, Jobi Triananda, said that this webinar is an effort to increase awareness among employees and it is expected that the implementation of K3 could be carried out consistently. “The implementation of K3 should not only be carried out during National K3 Month, but must be pursued and strengthened so that it is carried out continuously, becomes a routine, habit, and ultimately becomes part of the company’s work culture.”
Jobi Triananda added that implementing the K3 is very important because K3 does not only cover preventing work accidents. “But more deeply, for us, SUCOFINDO employees are an important company asset, so the implementation of K3 is to protect each personnel, protecting individuals from danger in the work environment. “Consistent implementation of K3 will of course directly affect SUCOFINDO’s business continuity and sustainable business growth,” said Jobi Triananda.
Apart from webinar activities which were attended by all PT SUCOFINDO employees, Safety Leadership for Executive Leader training was also carried out. The training was attended in a hybrid manner by all SUCOFINDO Top Management, both at the Head Office and PT SUCOFINDO Branch Offices spread across 28 branch offices. This training also invited a speaker, Lelin Eprianto, the SVP HSSE PT Pertamina (Persero), with his presentation material about “K3 Challenges and the Role of Leadership in Integrating Loss Prevention Programs in Sustainable Business Growth”.
“We hope that all SUCOFINDO employees, including the Top Management, will increasingly care and understand efforts to implement K3. We advise that all PT SUCOFINDO Top Management provide full support and more attention to the employees under them. “This support from Top Management ensures that the implementation of K3 procedures and policies can consistently be carried out correctly and thoroughly,” said Jobi Triananda.
To support business actors in implementing K3, PT SUCOFINDO can also provide Certification services for the SNI ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). “SMK3 is a part of the company’s management system to mitigate risks,” said Jobi Triananda
