Jakarta, (16/10) – Human Resources staff of the Indonesian National Police (SSDM POLRI) are officially Certified Quality Management System by PT SUCOFINDO. PT SUCOFINDO, as one of the companies engaged in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), assesses that SSDM POLRI has met The International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001: 2015. This certification was handed over to the Assistant Chief of Police for Human Resources, Inspector General of Police. Prof. DR. Dedi Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum., M.Si., M.M. at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta in the Functional Supervisor Coordination Meeting of the HR and PNS POLRI fiscal year 2024 event.
In his speech, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said that this certification is part of the strategic steps of the POLRI Human Resources Staff to continue to improve the quality of internal and external services in terms of providing superior human resources. “Periodically, POLRI continues to keep the selection process and we will meet the standards and even exceed them,” said Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo. Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo also said that SSDM POLRI continues to emphasize the principles of clean, transparent, accountable, and humanist throughout the process of accepting new members.
The quality certificate was handed over by the director of human resources of PT SUCOFINDO, David Sidjabat as a form of appreciation that the entire process of recruiting and providing personnel in SSDM POLRI has met international standards. “We are proud to be a partner of POLRI in their journey towards better human resource management. We hope that this certification SSDM POLRI will continue to strengthen its services and create a recruitment process and assignment of more qualified personnel,” said David Sidjabat.
David Sidjabat added that this certification ensures that all stages of recruitment, training, development, and assignment of POLRI personnel are carried out according to strict and sustainable quality standards. “With this certificate, it is expected that POLRI can further improve the professionalism and quality of its human resources, to provide better services and meet the needs of the community optimally,” added David Sidjabat.
The delivery of this certificate marks a new chapter in improving the quality of POLRI performance, especially in the field of human resources which is expected to have a positive impact on all stakeholders, both internal and external.
