This collaboration was confirmed in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which was signed by the President Director of PT SUCOFINDO Mas Wigrantoro Roes Setiyadi with the Head of China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Chief Representative Office. Ltd, Deng Deng at the PT SUCOFINDO National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) 2023 event in Bandung (23/2).
“This collaboration is an effort in increasing reliability and optimizing services for the petrochemical industry and the downstream Oil and Gas sector. With complementary capabilities, CPP and PT SUCOFINDO will be able to provide integrated pipeline inspection services that focus on the operation of an installation and facility in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry.” said the President Director of PT SUCOFINDO Mas Wigrantoro.
The integrated pipeline inspection services include pigging survey services, intelligence pigging, and pipeline inspection. “In addition, in optimizing services in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry sector, CPP and PT Sucofindo are also focused on developing the field of operational equipment maintenance services for tank inspection services And tank cleaning, “said Mas Wigrantoro.
According to Mas Wigrantoro, this collaboration is also a form of PT Sucofindo’s support in the implementation of the Oil and Gas Lifting Program in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. “In the future, we will continue to improve our services in accordance with the potential of the region. PT Sucofindo’s service currently has 28 branches, 35 service units, and 65 laboratories spread across Indonesia, “said Mas Wigrantoro.
China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering CO LTD Chief Representative Office Head, Deng Deng, hopes that in the near future this cooperation can be realized and followed up. “By realizing it immediately, cooperation in technology and the transfer of skills between CPP and Sucofindo can be realized, to make a positive contribution nationally and internationally,” said Deng Deng.
