Compliance Fulfillment

The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, all employees and all parties who employed and representing, or acting on behalf of PT SUCOFINDO, are committed for realizing the implementation of SNI ISO 37001:2016 concerning the Anti-Bribery Management System in order to support efforts to prevent bribery in any form by implementing the Values AKHLAK Amanah in running a business, namely:

  1. Applying the 4 NO’s principle
  2. No Bribery (no bribery and extortion allowed)
  3. No Kickback (no commissions and thanks sign either in the form of money or otherwise)
  4. No Gift (no unreasonable gifts allowed)
  5. No Luxurious Hospitality (no excessive banquet)
  6. Not seeking, obtaining, agreeing to receive, promising, offering or giving money (bribes), rewards, commissions, favors, gifts, facilities or benefits, or any other form illegal payment to other parties to influence the action or judgment of the other parties.
  7. Not engaging in any form of bribery either directly or indirectly by offering or accepting bribes through third parties.
  8. Complying with applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations
  9. Selling business in a professional manner, consistent with the Company objectives, upholding integrity, independence and being free from undue influences wherever the Company operates.
  10. Fulfilling the Anti-Bribery Management System requirements and will be periodically evaluating each business process to comply with the integrity principles.
  11. Providing socialization regarding the bribery prevention and the integrity principle regularly to SUCOFINDO personnel and the Company’s stakeholders.
  12. Implementing the Zero Tolerance principle for all violation forms of anti-bribery laws and regulations.

The Board of Directors of PT SUCOFINDO is committed to:

  1. Establish an independent and complementary Anti-Bribery Compliance Function to supervise, determine, review and report the effectiveness of the performance of the Anti-Bribery Management System with a process approach and risk-based thinking to achieve anti-bribery goals.
  2. Ensure the availability of human resources, budget, and information technology support and encourage each work unit leader to prevent, detect and promote an anti-bribery culture.
  3. Provide all forms of bribery report in work unit through a reporting system for alleged irregularities (Whistle Blowing System) and appreciating every effort to prevent, eradicate, or disclose bribery acts.

The Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT SUCOFINDO ensure that all PT SUCOFINDO services will be carried out according to the best ethical standards and comply with the Anti-Bribery Policy and all applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations. PT SUCOFINDO personnel are not permitted to violate this policy. Violation of this policy will be subject to sanctions according to the applicable PDP (Employee Discipline Regulations) and can be prosecuted civilly/criminally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
