Jayapura, (19/08) – As a form of commitment to economic recovery in Papua, PT Sucofindo provided Sago Processing Equipment Assistance to the Women's Farmer Group Huruwakha Jayapura. Jayapura Regency is a potential area in the development of sago processing, so this assistance is expected to give high enthusiasm to Papuan mamas in helping the family economy.
The assistance was handed over by Mr. Surono as the Head of the Jayapura Service Unit of PT Sucofindo and was attended by a number of parties such as the Expert Staff of the Minister of Social Affairs for Social Rehabilitation, Benhur Tomi Mano, Head of the Papua Technology Assessment and Application Agency, Head of Yobeh Village, Head of Sentani District, and Chair of the Women's Cooperative Trustees Papuans.
