1. An organization granted certification by Sucofindo International Certification Services is entitled to use the Sucofindo International Certification Services Certification Mark and when authorized the KAN Accreditation IAF MLA Mark (refer point 3) under the conditions laid down in this document.
2. The Organic Certification Mark must always be used in conjunction with the organization’s name and include the applicable standard and organizations number below it refer to Figure 1.
3. The Organic Certification Mark shall not be more conspicuous than the name and logo of the certified organization.
4. The Organic Certification mark must be displayed in the following colours:
   1. as per the applicable colour chart refer Figure 1.
   2. black on a white background, or a background in another colour clearly contrasting with black, or
   3. white on a black background.
5. The Organic Certification, Accreditation and IAF MLA Marks must be displayed in the following colors:
   1. as per the applicable color chart refer Figure 3, or
   2. black on a white background, or a background in another color clearly contrasting with black, or
   3. white on a black background.
6. An Accreditation Mark (KAN – IAF MLA):
   1. may only be used if the Mark appears on the organization’s Certification Certificate
   2. must be displayed with the Certification Mark refer Figures 4 and Figure 5.
   3. shall not be more conspicuous than the Certification Mark and the name and logo of the certified organization.
7. The Organic Certification and Accreditation Marks may only be used in correspondence and advertising and promotional materials and must not be used in connection with those goods or services outside the scope of certification (refer Note 3.01).
8. The Organization must identify the goods or comodity to which the Certificate of Certification applies when using the Organic Certification and Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks in a context where the scope of the Certification is open to doubt.
9. The Organic Certification Marks may be embossed or stamped onto paper. Organic Certification Marks may be fitted in a way that is not easy off, faded, or may destroyed, also placed on the main part of the label.
10. The Certification and Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks may not be:
    1. with a diameter smaller than 10 mm
    2. used on product certificates. e.g. Certificate of analysis
    3. displayed in association with goods or services outside the scope of certification.
11. If the Organic Certification Marks and Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks is to be used on promotional material such as diaries and calendars such material must relate in whole or in part to the organization’s certification scope (Figure 5).
12. The Organic Certification Marks and Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks must not under circumstances be used directly on or closely associated with product in such away as to imply that the products themselves are certified by Sucofindo International Certification Services.
13. The Certification and Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks can not be placed on labels and affixed to the product or placed on product packaging.
14. The Organic Certification Marks can be placed on main part of labels, affixed to the product or placed on product packaging, and also directly on the comodity. The main part of labels, should be placed on the main part that easily looks.
15. The Organization undertakes to discontinue any use of the Certification and/or Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks which is unacceptable to the Sucofindo International Certification Services and any form of statement referring to the authority of the Organization to use the Certification Mark which in the opinion of the Sucofindo International Certification Services.
16. Upon termination of the Certification for whatever reason, the Organization undertakes to discontinue all use of the Certification and/or Accreditation and/or IAF MLA Marks immediately, destroying stocks of material on which in appears.
17. Organic Marks from other country, can be displayed adjacent to Organic Certification Marks
