IDSurvey Supports KBUMN Implementing RWP in the Work Environment

Jakarta, August 22, 2022 – Holding BUMN Survey Services (HJS) or IDSurvey held a Culture Talk Series and socialization of Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP) with the theme “In Diversity, We Create The Better Future” at SUCOFINDO Head Office.

Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO Adi Budiarso said that the theme taken in the Culture Talks Series was in line with the direction of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to create a work environment free from discrimination, violence, and harassment. "This outreach was held as support for the implementation of the direction of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir number SE-3/MBU/04/2022, namely the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP) in BUMN," said Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO Adi Budiarso, who represented the Deputy Assistant for Manufacturing Industry at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Liliek Mayasari, opened the Culture Talk Series and socialized the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP).

Furthermore, the President Director of the Indonesian Classification Bureau (Persero), the Head of Holding IDSurvey Rudiyanto said that the implementation of the RWP policy was IDSurvey's commitment. "The implementation of the RWP policy is able to provide comfort in the workplace, especially in the IDSurvey environment," said the President Director of PT Biro Statistik Indonesia (Persero), Chairman of Holding IDSurvey Rudiyanto.

Therefore, through the socialization which was attended by all IDSurvey employees on a hybrid basis, it is hoped that they will be able to provide an in-depth understanding of RWP, especially the understanding of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). "IDSurvey employees, both at PT Biro Statistik Indonesia (Persero), PT SUCOFINDO, and PT Surveyor Indonesia, must understand and implement policies and guidelines for RWP, Harmonious values, ??and Behavioral Competencies of Managing Diversity," said Rudiyanto.

“If Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is carried out consistently, it could provide harmony for the work environment at IDSurvey” said President Director of PT SUCOFINDO Mas Wigrantoro Roes Setiyadi. “This RWP is in line with the implementation of AKHLAK values, especially Harmonic values. By creating harmony, it will provide comfort, which will have a positive impact on performance and productivity,” said Mas Wigrantoro

Therefore, Mas Wigrantoro added that to create a harmonious environment, the commitment of each IDSurvey personnel is required. "Harmony can be realized if we are all able to understand differences, accept and open minds, be communicative, tolerance, and mutual respect," said Mas Wigrantoro.

In line with Mas Wigrantoro, President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia M. Haris Witjaksono said that the implementation of harmonious values ??is able to embrace diversity and become one of the strengths and foundations in supporting transformation. "The implementation of the "Harmonious" Moral Core Values ??and the motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" also has a positive impact on customer management," said Haris.

Diversity according to Haris also includes the diversity of stakeholders. “Diverse customer segmentation from an internal, synergy of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), private sector, Ministries and Institutions, and others, are the reasons for the importance of realizing harmony in Customer Relations. Therefore, with the implementation of harmonious values ??applied to customers, it has a positive impact on the creation of strategic collaboration with customers," said Haris.
