Ceramic production to grow 11%

The national ceramics production has potential to achieve around 400 million per square in 2013 or grow 11% which is effected by continual real-estate positive sentiment.The Head of Indonesia Ceramics Industry Association (Asaki) Elly Sinaga said that the ceramics industry will still grow positively following year in line with good economic grwoth as well as real-estate industry significant growth.
Meanwhile, the 2012 ceramics production target of 370 million meter per square might be gained in next year if it boosted by gas additional for production centers.
“The increasing of economic growth definitely effects ceramics production. It is capable to grow siginificantly at 10%-11% or around 390-400 million meter per square if there is appropriate gas additional supply, told Elly to Bisnis, Wednesday (12/05).
Elly continued that the November's ceramics production have achieved around 330 million meter per square of all year target which was at 360-370 million per square.(T09/TW).
