Information Request Procedure
Mechanism of Request for Information
- Applicant for information proposes a request to the Information and Documentation Management Officer. (Corporate Communications), by filling in the public information request form and attaching a photocopy of the applicants Identity through fax and/or email.
- The request will then be processed by the Corporate Communications division.
- The Head of the Corporate Communications division delivers the information in accordance with the applicant’s request. If the information that is requested includes the category of exception, it will then be convey along with the reasoning of rejection in accordance with existing and prevailing rules.
- A written notice to the applicant will be given by 10 (ten) days latest, since receival.
