Independent Commissioner

Zainal Abidin currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO), appointed in 2022 through Shareholders’ Resolution No. SK-124/MBU/05/2022, No. DU.011/KP.503/IDS-22, and No. 035/CORP/V/2022 concerning the Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners. 

Prior to this role, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Phapros, Tbk. from 2018, bringing broad governance experience across the pharmaceutical and inspection services industries.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Mercu Buana (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Universitas Indonesia (2012).
