Sandry Pasambuna serves as the President Director of PT SUCOFINDO. He was appointed based on the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia No. 96 of 2025, No. 123/CORP/XII/2025, and No. B.1218/HK.301/IDS-25 concerning the Dismissal, Change of Nomenclature, Reassignment, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia, dated December 29, 2025.
Mr. Sandry Pasambuna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Sam Ratulangi and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta. He also possesses a specialized certification in Environmental & Project Management from the Van Hall Instituut, Netherlands.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Sandry Pasambuna held several high-level executive and senior leadership positions across prominent State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Multinational Company, including:
President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) (2024–2025); Director of Safety and Security at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (2022–2024); Commissioner of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (2023); Commissioner of PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (2023); Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (2022); Director of Commercial and Business Development at Perum DAMRI (2020–2022); and held several Senior Leadership positions at PERTAMINA (2011–2020), Kodeco Energy Co (2010–2011), ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia (Mobil Cepu Limited) (2008–2010), Total E&P Indonesie (2003–2008), and Bosowa Group (1995–2000).
