Biodata

Moga Simatupang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the College of Administrative Sciences – National Institute of Public Administration (STIA – LAN), graduating in 1999. In 2018, he was appointed Secretary of the Directorate General of International Trade Negotiations at the Ministry of Trade. He then served as Director of Imports at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade from 2021 to 2022, followed by his role as Director of Trade Compliance at the same institution in 2022. Moga Simatupang also held the position of Expert Staff for Market Security at the Ministry of Trade in 2022 and became Director General of the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Trade Compliance in 2023. He ultimately assumed the role of President Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO in 2024.
