Independent Commissioner

Faisal Saimima serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO). He was appointed based on the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia No. 95 of 2025, No. 122/CORP/XII/2025, and No. B.1217/HK.301/IDS-25 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia in 2025.

Mr. Saimima has extensive experience in corporate management and oversight within Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) groups: Acting Head of Corporate Management and Acting President Commissioner at PT Sigma Utama, a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) (2023–2025), director at PT Bina Surya Buana (2006–2008), general Manager at PT Maritim Timur Jaya (2005–2006).

Mr. Saimima is a graduate of the STIE-YAI (Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia) School of Economics, Jakarta.
