Financial Director

David Sidjabat serves as the Finance Director of PT SUCOFINDO. He was appointed based on the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia No. 96 of 2025, No. 123/CORP/XII/2025, and No. B.1218/HK.301/IDS-25 concerning the Dismissal, Change of Nomenclature, Reassignment, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia in 2025.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Sidjabat held a key leadership role within the organization as Human Resources Director at PT SUCOFINDO (2024–2025).

Mr. David Sidjabat possesses a strong academic background in finance and management: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University, USA (2002) and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia (1997).
