Darwin Abas completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Science and Technology (ISTN) in 1992 and started his career at Surveyor Indonesia in 1992.

He became Head of the Pekanbaru Branch in 2016 and other strategic positions until finally serving as Head of the Oil and Gas Business Sector & Power Generation System in 2017.

Darwin Abas served as Commercial Director of 2 Surveyors Indonesia and was active in organizations, one of which was the Association of OHS Service Companies Riksa Uji (APJK3 RUI). He also served as Head of Institutional and Accreditation.
